Two Acne Spot Treatments That WORK

     Do you ever have any unwanted "friends" come to visit on your face? They always seem to come at the perfect times, don't they. Fortunately, it's not so hard to say bye-bye anymore. Try my two top spot treatments and you will have your clear complexion back in no time! 

Probiotic Spot Buster

+ 1/2 tsp. plain yogurt, organic if possible
+ 1/4 tsp. the Mask ( find here ) or bentonite clay

Combine in a small bowl and apply generously to pimple(s). Do it before bed and leave on overnight for best results!


Acne-No-More Turmeric Treatment

+ 1/2 tsp. raw honey
+ 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
+ Squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Combine in a small bowl and apply to pimple(s). Leave on up to an hour. Turmeric stains so avoid getting it on your clothing!
