EASY HOMEMADE NUT & SEED MYLKS

Plant-based mylks are more popular than ever, which we love. But a lot of the mylks out there have unnecessary added ingredients like gums, inflammatory oils and sugars. All they really need are nuts or seeds and some filtered water, so we like to make our own mylks at home! It’s easier, cheaper and so much more delicious…plus with our recipes, no straining required.
