Warm, smooth and a real treat, for breakfast, a snack or dessert. The perfect fall and winter smoothie. In summer time, pour over ice. Contains nutrient-dense coconut oil, cacao and dates that help with complexion, healthy weight-loss and hormone balance!
> 5 soft dates
> 2 teaspoons cacao powder
> 3 Tablespoons rolled oats
> 1 cup almond milk
> 3/4 cup fresh coffee or 1-2 shots espresso
> 1 teaspoon virgin coconut oil
Blend on high speed until smooth. Enjoy!
