Dark Chocolate Coconut Butter Bark

Made using your favourite dark chocolate, creamy coconut butter and crunchy colourful toppings, this bark is the perfect holiday treat. It’s pretty enough to gift to loved ones, and delicious enough that they’ll probably be coming back for more. I topped mine with chopped pistachios, goji berries and little edible gold stars to make it extra festive, but feel free to use any dried fruits, nuts and sprinkles you have!

Ingredients:
2 bars of your favourite dark chocolate
1/4 cup melted coconut butter
Chopped pistachios
Goji berries
Edible gold stars
Optional: 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup or a couple drops of liquid stevia mixed into the melted coconut butter to make it sweeter

Directions:
Break the bars of chocolate into small pieces and place in a microwave safe bowl. Melt in increments of 15 seconds, being careful not to burn it.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and pour the melted chocolate into the middle. Spread it out slightly, but don’t make it too thin.
Drizzle and dollop the melted coconut butter all over the chocolate, then using a toothpick, swirl the chocolate and coconut butter together to create a marble effect.
Sprinkle with your toppings then place in the fridge to set. Break the bark into smaller pieces and store in the fridge!
