Due to the nature of the ingredients and the hand-blended formulations of our line and the individual traits of each of our unique complexions, returns or exchanges will not be offered for the reason of general dissatisfaction. I encourage you to contact me for product recommendations based on your skin's unique needs.

I will happily include samples of any product you would like to try along with your order. Please request what you would like to try in the 'notes' section when you place your order. If you are purchasing product from one of our retail partners, please utilize the sampling programs many of them offer to ensure you discover what your skin loves! 

I will gladly replace any damaged or defective items immediately or refund your original purchase price. Please send a detailed note within seven days of delivery to me directly at info@shelbynaturals.com and I will take care of you. No returns or refunds will be fulfilled after the seven days of delivery.
