If you are purchasing product from one of our retail partners, please utilize the sampling programs many of them offer to ensure you discover what your skin loves! 

I will gladly replace any damaged or defective items immediately or refund your original purchase price. Please send a detailed note within seven days of delivery to me directly at info@shelbynaturals.com and I will take care of you. No returns or refunds will be fulfilled after the seven days of delivery.
